Ups & Downs of Building a Tea Business (IV)
December 4, 2011One of the things I enjoy most about being the boss at Our Home Tea L.L.C. is having options. It is great having options – this is why we are building our online Minnesota tea company with attention to giving our fellow tea explorers more options all the time. The more options the merrier!!!
Then again, having options means having to make decisions and the more options and decisions the busier I get. It is great being busy doing something you enjoy but I am starting to send emails to father time and Mother Nature to see if we can’t start extending the number of hours in a day. Of course then I would have the option and adjoining decision to either keep working those extra hours or getting some needed sleep.
It all boils down to a tea time management issue I suppose. I always try to be proactive rather than reactive however that is not often a luxury that presents itself. Tea customers come first of course. Getting out the black tea, green tea, white tea and herbal tea orders is always the number one priority. Then we go from there.
Maybe I need to get one of “time management” people to work on my tea time management, but I just cannot find time to get in contact with them let alone make an appointment and go to it!!! That’s all for now. Remember at Our Home Tea we are all about “Good friends sharing good teas” so call a friend or family member and enjoy some time and some tea!!!
